Customer Service Unit Advisor -Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Newtownards Do you come from an admin/customer service background and looking for a role within the Public Sector? Apply now to hear more! About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 5.00 pm)
3. 37 hours per week,
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
6. Customer service queries via telephone and / or at the public counter.
7. Providing advice and guidance for the public across a comprehensive range of housing services.
8. Accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants.
9. Work in partnership with others to resolve issues.
Criteria:
10. Have four GCSEs* (Level 2) including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification, plus at least one years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
11. Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face
12. Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
13. Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
14. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
