Job Title: Assistant Estate Manager
Location: Wembley, London
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Assistant Estate Manager – Luxury Residential Development
We are seeking a professional, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Estate Manager to support the management of a prestigious luxury residential apartment development in Wembley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with residential property, facilities management, hospitality, or customer service experience who is looking to develop their career within the residential property sector.
The Role
Working closely with the Estate Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a large, high-end residential community. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across the development, supporting residents, coordinating contractors, and assisting with compliance and health & safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and operation of the residential estate.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, facilities, and grounds.
- Monitor standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation throughout the development.
- Liaise with residents regarding enquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers on-site.
- Support the management of planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Assist with health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and statutory inspections.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and estate documentation.
- Support the Estate Manager with service charge budgeting and expenditure monitoring where required.
- Ensure all estate policies and procedures are followed consistently.
About You
- Previous experience in residential property management, facilities management, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Good understanding of health & safety principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- IOSH, IRPM, or relevant property management qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
