Multiskilled Line Technician
Location: Ballymena
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
MCS Group are proud to be working with a leading food and drinks manufacturer, is seeking a Multiskilled Line Technician to support production efficiency, ensure food safety and quality, and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support maintenance and production teams with breakdowns, changeovers, and problem-solving.
* Carry out fault finding, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Assist with training and development of colleagues.
* Perform routine maintenance and support major projects.
About You:
* Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Working towards NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent.
* Recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
