Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day special school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Administrator (with primary responsibility for Reception) – 36.25 hours
Term Time plus Inset days plus 1 Week of School Holidays
Salary: £24,380 - £26,345 inclusive (actual salary) Depending on experience
We are seeking an Administrator to provide the school with a first point of contact for all visitors/callers, responding to enquiries where possible or referring to appropriate member of staff as required. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative support, to enable a consistent and effective delivery of the administration service across Moor House.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
· Undertake all duties associated with the position of receptionist.
· Provide a professional, efficient and proactive reception support service for Moor House.
· Provide general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
· Be proactive in supporting the smooth running of the Administration Office.
· Deliver excellent service at every opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active with the capacity to take the initiative when necessary, we would like to hear from you.
