Job Description
This role focuses on providing administrative support to a team of customer account representatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include order entry onto MAX, scanning and filing documents as required, raising quotes for repairs and spares, and communicating daily workloads to the manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while experience working with SAP systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Entry: Process orders onto MAX, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Document Management: Scan and file documents as necessary, maintaining organized digital records.
* Quote Generation: Raise repair and spare quotes as required, adhering to company standards.
* Communication: Update the manager on daily workloads, promoting transparency and productivity.
* Workload Management: Organize and prioritize tasks, emails, and meetings effectively, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administration, preferably within a customer service environment.
* Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
* SAP Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with SAP systems, although this is not an essential requirement.
