The Role:
Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum (KS1 or KS2)
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
Foster a love of learning through innovative and child-centred teaching methods
Assess and track pupil progress, identifying areas for support and challenge
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and wider stakeholders to support pupils' holistic development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A proven track record (or potential) of delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
