We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join us as a Neighbourhood Assistant in the North East.
You will be the face of Home Group within our estates and communities, covering a dedicated patch. Youll be organised and an effective communicator, able to prioritise your workload to ensure Home Group always maintains its service to our customers.
As Neighbourhood Assistant, you will have an effective and supportive relationship with our customers and the wider Housing Management team and be solution focussed.

What youll do
This role is responsible for the cleanliness of the internal and external areas on our estates
Reporting any repairs or hazards in communal areas to our repairs team/Housing Manager and follow up actions as required.
Travel is required, you must hold a current full UK Driving Licence.
Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

The practical bits
You will work 18.75 hours across three days. Ideally, this will be Monday and Tuesday from 08:00 to 16:00, and Wednesday from 08:00 to 11:30.
Youll work in our services in Newcastle, Gateshead, South Tyneside, North Tyneside and Northumberland, and a van will be provided.
