The Role
This is an in-house position, ideally suited to someone with a consultancy, developer, or end-user background. We are not looking for contractor QSs for this role.
You will be responsible for managing costs and commercial risk across the project lifecycle—from feasibility and planning through to completion. This includes:
1. Producing initial cost advice and feasibility reports for potential development opportunities
2. Preparing and managing accurate, detailed cost plans
