As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Your activities will include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
