Head of Neighbourhood Operations Homeworking - Covering the North West including Chester, Liverpool & Manchester £62,052 - £65,318 per year plus Company car or car allowance 37.5 hours per week We're looking for a Head of Neighbourhood Operations - a key leader who puts people and communities at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you'll join our Housing Operations team and lead our North West housing colleagues to ensure high‑quality management of homes, neighbourhoods and local services. You'll champion exceptional customer engagement, build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, and inspire teams to deliver services that truly make a difference. The role of Head of Neighbourhood Operations will include: Supporting the development of and leading on implementation of local engagement plans to ensure Sanctuary becomes and remains front and centre in the community Leading regional Neighbourhood Operational teams to deliver a responsive, customer focused and sustainable Housing and Neighbourhood Management service Acting as a key point of contact and engagement for local stakeholders, supporting operational and customer service teams Leading high performing regional Neighbourhood operational teams to deliver the balanced scorecard performance metrics, exemplary service standards and compliance Ensuring strong governance arrangements are in place around all compliance, Health and Safety, Building Safety and Water Management activities Skills and experiences: Previous experience of leading a team located across several locations, with the customer at the heart of the business CIH Level 5, or willingness to achieve this qualification A knowledge and understanding of the political landscape of the region Experience of managing projects with strong management skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills This role will involve driving on company business.
