What opportunities are available?
We have a number of work experience positions available in the following areas (please note; there may be more than one position available in each area):
Manufacturing
* Manufacturing Interior (Wood & Sew) - These teams are responsible for the delicate and detailed intricacies of our world-class cars. The Wood shop team crafts exquisite veneers and the Sew team crafts luxury interiors.
* In-House Logistics - The In-House Logistics team works towards making part delivery to line as efficient and cost effective as possible to best support Production.
* Manufacturing Production (Final 2) - This team delivers the correct volume of cars to sales on time and at the highest possible quality standards to ensure no faults leave the factory.
Research & Development/Engineering
* Body & Trim - This department is responsible for the Engineering and validation of Body Systems. They design and deliver body systems for Bentley vehicle models.
* Engineering Workshop - The Engineering Workshop team are responsible for the delivery of prototype vehicles.
* Whole Vehicle Validation - The Whole Vehicle Validation team are responsible for ensuring the Engineering design meets whole vehicle product requirements.
* Electrical & Technical Conformity - Technical Conformity and Electrical are responsible for the certification of Bentley products.
Human Resources - Bentley Motors' HR team is instrumental in delivering an exceptional employee experience, reflecting the same level of luxury and care provided to customers. The department is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enriching career journey from recruitment through retirement.
Finance - This function drives the business to deliver Bentley’s long term value. As a high performing team we work collaboratively across the business to engage, simplify and drive digital transformation to sustain value growth. They are responsible for the control and delivery of budgets.
Product Lines - Product Lines are the function responsible for developing the future portfolio of vehicles and services and driving their delivery through to Market Entry.
