What You’ll Do:

As a Finance Assistant, you will process and reconcile financial transactions, including sales, income, and supplier payments.

Support the Finance Officer with purchase ledger and other accounts tasks, acting as a trusted Finance Assistant within the team.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting.
*
Handle daily accounting processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, and transactional finance work.
*
Ensure all finance processes comply with internal controls and procedures.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in transactional finance or accounts payable/receivable.
*
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or equivalent).
*
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*
Able to work independently as a Finance Assistant while also collaborating with the wider finance team.
