What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service during your shifts
What you'll need
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner, able to stay calm in any situation
* Passion to thrive as part of the Store Team
