RESPONSIBILITIES
· Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.· Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.· Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning.· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.
