Lee Bullen Engineering Ltd (Biosafe) – Technical Trainer
Lee Bullen Engineering Ltd (Biosafe) are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Trainer to integrate into the current operational team in Erith, Kent. We are looking for experienced training professionals with a background in the Biogas industry to work at our facility.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working full time, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team and be able to demonstrate a good hands‑on approach with a good knowledge of health and safety.
Job Summary
You will be required to deliver training, primarily classroom‑based technical skills, to enable safe work in and around Biogas plants and Biogas installations. Working alongside practical trainers, you will need to structure training sessions to ensure the best possible delivery. Keeping records and building competency‑based assessments will also form part of your role.
Background and Experience
* A good knowledge of Biogas plants
* Good logical thought process
* Knowledge and experience of H&S
* Knowledge of the water industry
* Good experience of delivering training to a group of individuals
