Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and well-motivated Locality Administrator to join the Community Nursing and CIS Team based at Royal South Hants Hospital in Southampton., The Locality Administrator role is a pivotal part of the Service, supporting both the administrative and clinical teams across Southampton City.
Responsibilities
* To provide comprehensive administrative support to the service
* To work as part of a skill mix team to provide a comprehensive administrative support service
* To effectively prioritise and manage own workload and oversee workload of team as necessary, whilst maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy at all times, both independently and as part of a team
* To work without direct supervision and show extensive use of initiative in prioritising and making decisions in relation to effectively supporting the smooth operation of the service
* To carry out other duties as necessary to meet the changing needs of HIOW Healthcare NHS Trust, accordance with management requirements and appropriate to banding. All duties will be carried out within the Trusts Information Governance, recording, and data sharing procedures and guidance.
* You will need to possess strong prioritising and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic environment. The work is varied, challenging and fast paced which requires a flexible approach.
Qualifications / Skills
* We are looking for someone that has experience in working in a team.
* You need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be organised and possess good IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office. Experience of System One is desirable although all training will be provided. The successful applicant must be flexible, should possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude with a customer focused approach.

Role Details
The role is full time based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:30 to 16:30. Only open to applicants from Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS system, which is limited to: Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare FT, Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, University Hospital Southampton FT, South Central Ambulance Service, Isle of Wight NHS FT or Hampshire Hospitals FT.
