What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting senior account managers across key technology accounts
* Engaging with clients to understand business needs and technical requirements
* Analysing performance data to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
* Assisting with product launches, platform updates and new feature rollouts
* Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies
* Supporting client meetings, demonstrations and solution discussions
