Epicor ERP Specialist (Manufacturing)

A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist to support, optimise, and develop its Epicor environment across a fast-paced production operation.
This is a key role focused on driving ERP performance, improving business processes, supporting users, and ensuring the system delivers maximum value across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the in-house Epicor ERP expert and primary point of contact
* Support, maintain, and optimise Epicor ERP across the business
* Work closely with operational stakeholders to improve processes and system utilisation
* Lead ERP projects, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
* Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to drive efficiency and automation
About You
* Proven experience supporting and developing Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production processes
* Experience with Epicor implementation, optimisation, upgrades, or business transformation projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
* Experience with reporting, BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, or system customisation would be highly advantageous
