Pure Oil is a family-owned and managed business with a reputation for providing high-quality edible vegetable oil products to businesses across Ireland as well as used and waste oil collection. We provide our customers with a 'complete managed service'
We currently have a PART-TIME vacancy for a Logistics/Office Administrator based out of our Lurgan Depot.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 20-25 hours per week.
9.30am - 1.30pm Monday-Friday.
Overview of the Logistics/Office Administrator Role:
* The person will work closely with the Pure Oil logistics Team, wider Commercial Team, and Distribution Team to provide excellent customer support and service.
* Proactively make outbound calls to current customers and support Pure Oils' wider Commercial team to answer and respond to inbound calls to provide high levels of Customer Service and support and promote the Pure Oil name.
* Gather, maintain, and update information onto the Customer Database.

Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 1-year experience working in an office-focused role.
* Possess excellent telephone mannerisms.
* Highly organised and proactive.
* Ability to be self-motivated and driven to meet set targets.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience using customer database software.
* Previous experience within the transport/logistics sector
