Duties:
* Receiving & processing sales orders
* Issuing delivery notes & invoices
* Verifying orders in timely manner and keeping a log to follow up confirmations from customers
* Dealing with customer queries
* Booking in deliveries with customers
* Liaising with warehouse & logistics team to rectify any discrepancies
* Ensure tasks are carried out correctly and on schedule by all office sales support team
* Handling new enquiries in a timely manner
* Supporting office based and field sales team with other administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a sales administrator.
* Good organisational skills.
* Good knowledge of Excel & Word
* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics or Lakeview
* A team player with a high level of dedication to ensure the job is completed by the end of the day
