Job Opportunity: Credit Controller at Power NI
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller based in Belfast. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with a 37-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
About the Role
The Credit Controller will negotiate with customers to arrange suitable repayment options and work within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions for each customer. The role involves proactive engagement with domestic customers facing difficulties in paying energy bills through inbound and outbound calls.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience handling difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications.
