Job description
This is a rare chance to shape the future of our Acquisitions and Partnering team in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional acquisitions team you will ensure development land is secured effectively and you will have the opportunity to help create lasting legacies.

The role will support the design and delivery of a wide range of key strategic projects. There are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst working with multi-functional teams to progress innovative placemaking projects.
Person specification
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our partners in acquiring land, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable supporting the Head of Acquisitions with complex land issues, aiming to resolve challenges in a commercial and expedient fashion. You will be proficient in negotiating great land deals for the public purse.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn�t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an acquisitions and partnering team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
�As an experienced land and development professional you�ll understand how to manage colleagues and external project team members and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
