Responsibilities
* Provide visible leadership and foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure services meet national and local performance standards, including RTT, UEC, and cancer targets.
* Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning to deliver safe, efficient, and cost‑effective care.
* Lead service transformation projects, supporting digital innovation and data‑driven decision‑making.
* Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with CQC and NHS standards.
* Champion patient experience and staff engagement, embedding feedback into service improvement.
Qualifications
* Educated to Masters level or equivalent experience.
* Significant operational management experience, including managing large teams and budgets.
* Strong understanding of NHS performance targets, governance, and risk management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
