The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Handle transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactions
* Advise on shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
* Draft contracts and oversee the exchange and completion process
* Deliver clear, practical legal advice with exceptional client care
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Residential Property Law (UK practice)
* Proven experience managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and proactive, organised approach
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Desirable:
* Experience with shared ownership, new build, and Help to Buy transactions
* Familiarity with case management systems
