Key Responsibilities: Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments. Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve account queries and maintain strong working relationships. Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue payments. Analyse financial data to support decision-making and improve processes. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.What We're Looking For: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with financial or CRM systems is a plus.
