Sales Administrator Your new company Hays are working with a large and growing Manufacturing business in Telford who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis this is to provide administrative and operational support to the Projects department, ensuring effective communication, documentation management, and coordination across customer experience and logistics functions. Your new role As a Sales and a Projects Administrator, your role will involve: Supporting Direct Customer, Intercompany and Partner Communication. Updating of customer contact information within the CRM System. Updating of Work in Progress for Capital Equipment business functions within the company ERP / CRM system. Collaborating with other Customer Experience departments, to enhance overall customer experience. Supporting Inbound Sales Order Management. Project Documentation Management. Documentation creation supporting the Sales Order Receipt & Processing process. Work within the Companies QMS procedures and processes at all times. Escalating Issues / complaints where necessary. Relationship management with customers. You will work within the Companies QMS procedures and processes at all times. What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in an agile, fast-paced, environment with the ability to lead and adapt in a changing business environment. Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team environment. Experience of working in a customer facing role. Experience in using Microsoft Software. Excellent communication Skills – verbal and written. Dynamic with growth aspiration within company and role. Sage 50 or 200 experience or similar accounting / planning software package is preferable.
