Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading integrated placemaking consultancy in their search for a Town Planner to join their growing Planning Team based in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for a Planner to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients including education providers, healthcare organisations, developers, and housebuilders. The Role You will be working across a wide range of projects throughout the planning process, including: Residential developments Commercial schemes Education and healthcare projects Mixed-use regeneration Energy and infrastructure developments Industrial projects You will collaborate closely with in-house urban design and landscape teams, helping to deliver planning solutions that are not only policy compliant but also contribute to the creation of sustainable and well-designed places.
