Project & Operations Coordinator
Beautiful offices and hybrid working, paying up to £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and background. Hours 9am-5pm, days in the office would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This role is suitable for someone who has experience in Executive Search or Financial or Professional Services. We would not be looking for someone within IT, Construction, Public Services or Manufacturing background.
Fantastic opportunity is available to work within a professional and well-established, boutique Executive Search Consultancy based in the city. My client is looking for a strong Project & Operations Coordinator who is meticulous at managing projects from start to finish and thrives on managing projects.
You will be working closely with Partners of the firm and liaising with internal stakeholders so strong communication skills are essential.
Main duties will include (full job spec available on successful application)
1. Set up meetings between both clients and candidates, internationally and locally, as required.
2. Manage all travel and logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
3. Managing multiple diaries both internal and externally.
4. Keeping on top of the project progress; actively anticipating next steps and following up to make sure they are finished correctly.
5. Plan and check all external documentation to ensure that docs are sent out complete (formatted proofread and spelling is accurate), up to date and on time.
6. Assist in managing all communications internally and externally for both clients and candidates.
7. Maintaining and updating CRM database with all accurate information.
8. Manage Partner's schedule to ensure that they meet their client, BD and internal objectives.
9. Manage all communication with clients and other team members – inbound/outbound.
10. Expenses and invoice management.
11. Developing relationships with account managers.
12. Managing administration processes and office operations when needed.
