About The Role
The Achievement and Support department is at the heart of the college and working as a Progress Mentor offers colleagues the opportunity to make a real difference to students. The successful applicants will work as part of an experienced team to support the well-being, social and personal development needs of students. The role is varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals who can manage constantly changing priorities.
