Contracts Manager – Complex Projects (South Region)
Location : Swindon-based with travel across the South (Oxford, Bristol, London)

We’re representing a rapidly expanding contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering highly technical and complex projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their leadership team.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee 3–4 live projects at any one time, typically valued between £2m–£5m, across sectors including:
* Pharmaceutical facilities
* Semiconductor plants
* Data centres
You’ll work closely with the Regional Director, ensuring successful delivery of complex, fast-paced projects while building and developing strong site teams. This is a key leadership role within the business with responsibility for:
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously across the South
* Driving quality, programme, and commercial performance
* Recruiting and developing new project staff
* Acting as the key link between clients, site teams, and senior leadership
About You
This opportunity would suit either:
* An experienced Contracts Manager with a track record in complex projects, or
* A seasoned Project Manager ready to step up into a regional leadership role.
You’ll bring
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects of significant value
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience in high-tech, complex environments (pharma, data centres, semiconductor, etc.)
* Excellent client-facing and commercial awareness
