Orr client is a leader in architectural signage, interior branding, large format print installations, and retail merchandising. With a newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility in Leeds, there is an opportunity for someone to join a newly created role to lead the estimating function.
The Role
This is a high-influence position reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll ultimately be defining the commercial approach for tenders ranging from £10k to £150k+.

You’ll translate architectural drawings into reality, working with everything from bespoke metalwork and specialist illumination to high-end sustainable substrates

Working alongside the sales team finding the "smart way" to build complex frameworks that save the client money while protecting margins.

Responsibility for the pricing system, with an opportunity to create a new estimating framework for the business

Ideally spent a number of years in the world of signage, displays, or architectural metalwork

You can read a complex architectural drawing

You’re detail-obsessed, commercially astute
Package
* Negotiable base salary, given role is newly created
