Aviation Logistics Operative
Location: Witham, Essex
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday,
Salary: £26,500–£28,000 (depending on experience)

We're hiring a Logistics Operative with driving responsibilities to support our newest facility in Witham. This hybrid role blends warehouse operations with regional collections and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Warehouse Duties
* Receive, inspect, and verify goods from customers and suppliers
* Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts
* Pick, pack, and label items for internal use and customer orders
* Ensure safe, organised, and clearly labelled storage
* Perform final quality checks before despatch
* Prepare documentation and arrange outbound transport
Driving Duties
* Safely collect and deliver items across the region
* Operate a 3.5t panel van
* Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
* Represent Avia Technique with professionalism and care
What You'll Need
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, or goods handling
* Valid UK manual driving licence
* Experience driving 3.5t vehicles
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Clear communication—spoken and written
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Physically fit for manual handling task
