Maintain clean, safe kitchen and service areas, reporting issues promptly. Complete all Sodexo compliance paperwork, checks, and records accurately. Achieve successful results in all internal and external audits. Manage monthly billing and close accounts on time. Lead, train, and support staff to deliver excellent service standards. Complete weekly rotas on time and manage labour within budget. Remain professional, adaptable, and detail-focused while maintaining strong communication and safeguarding standards. What you bring: General Secondary Education or equivalent (English and Maths essential) Well-developed English language skills (written and spoken) Food Hygiene Certificate level 3 - preferable It would be a plus if you had 3 years’ experience within high volume catering Management experience encompassing team development Excellent culinary skills Hold valid ‘Intermediate Food Hygiene’ certificate Excellent spoken and written English Strong problem solving and organizational skills Strong leadership and communication skills with all stakeholders Good IT skills with knowledge of word and excel High standards of personal presentation Experience with Food Allergies, Special Diets and Labelling Up to date with latest trends and industry development What we offer: Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a difference every day.
