Electrical Engineer
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Rate: £28.17 per hour
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider delivering services across commercial properties.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer looking for a stable role within a supportive FM environment, carrying out a mix of reactive and planned maintenance works.
You will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems across commercial sites including offices, retail, and public sector buildings.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks
* Attending and resolving reactive breakdowns
* Fault finding on electrical systems
* Maintenance of:
o LV systems
o Distribution boards & switchgear
o Power systems
* Completing compliance paperwork and reports
About You
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition (BS7671)
* Experience within Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance
* Strong fault-finding ability
* 2391 / 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection
* Experience in commercial FM environments
