As part of the ITG creative team, the role involves creating a range of digital assets aligned with brand guidelines for use across multiple formats, including online, email, social media, and affiliates.
You will collaborate with creative peers, ITG's client services team, and clients directly to support digital output.
Required skills include wireframing, widget/design usage within widget parameters, understanding responsive design, and website accessibility. Experience across multiple channels and how creative appears across them is a plus.
Your daily responsibilities include:
* Estimating time for tasks aligned with your schedule
* Working under pressure during high-demand periods
* Being flexible, proactive, and able to develop briefs
* Producing high-impact creative work suited to channels and aligned with brand goals
* Sharing best practices with your team
Requirements:
* 3+ years of digital or graphic design experience in agency or retail
* A strong portfolio of digital projects across devices
* Experience with mobile responsive design and functions
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is a bonus
* Experience in email design and formatting
* Collaborative mindset and stakeholder relationship skills
* Self-motivated and driven
