Overview
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be a key influencer in driving a "right first time" culture across our operations. You'll lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with rigorous standards, and make a tangible impact on projects that support national energy security. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will shape processes, improve performance, and contribute to a safer, more sustainable future. Responsibilities
* Act as a credible leader of quality, promoting a "right first time" approach
* Implement and manage site‑specific quality arrangements
* Collaborate with the wider quality team to optimise resource deployment
* Prepare and analyse quality performance data, recommending improvements
* Review and approve supplier quality arrangements, including manufacturing documentation
Job Details
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at the Whetstone site, Leicestershire. You may be required to occasionally travel around the UK.
Qualifications
* Background in a highly regulated industry, ideally nuclear
* HNC or equivalent experience required
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 19443 and 40001 advantageous)
* Auditor training desirable
Security Clearance
