We are a kitchen makeover company looking for an experienced kitchen fitter to work on a subcontracted basis.
You'll be required to replace kitchen doors, drawers, worktops, carcasses, etc. which we will supply you with. We also sometimes fit sinks and taps, so the ability to do this will also be very helpful.
As part of the work, we will also require, before the job, for you to pick up the products from a specific location and transport them to the job in question, so a van is essential.
You must have:
● Min 3 years of experience
● Experience carrying out kitchen makeovers
● Your Own Tools
● Your Own Van (large enough to fit 3m lengths)
● Valid public liability insurance (min £1,000,000)
● Excellent customer interaction skills
● Basic plumbing skills (refitting sinks & taps)
● Good time keeping & Communication
You must be able to:
● Cut hinges into doors occasionally
● Modify units occasionally
● Travel to jobs
● Be quick with work while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
You will be responsible for the mastic, screws etc.
