Start Date: 12th January Location: Boston Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 15:30 (full-time) We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a 4-year-old child in our Reception class. This is a temporary role, likely for several months, as the child awaits a place in a Special School. About the Child's Needs Communication & Interaction: Non-verbal, limited understanding of spoken language, struggles with social interaction. Social, Emotional & Mental Health: Experiences extreme distress at times, expressed through behaviour. Learning: Displays repetitive play, difficulty focusing, working well below age expectations. Sensory & Physical Needs: Sensitive to certain sensations, very limited diet. Independence: Limited awareness of danger, needs full support for personal care and routines.
