HR Administrator – Local Authority - Swindon
£16.62+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working available
3 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong understanding of the HR & OD function and the full employee lifecycle, including policies, terms and conditions, practices, and procedures.
* Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across all colleague lifecycle processes.
* Ensure all HR queries and processing comply with legislation, policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration.
* Triage and assess HR queries, escalating issues where necessary.
You must have:
* You must have previous experience within HR
* Experience of working directly within a local authority
