And so is how we work with local communities to ensure our homes are designed in such a way that they enhance and complement their surroundings beautifully.We are recruiting a Sales Manager to take responsibility for the on-site sales performance of residential developments from launch through to completion.This role is ideal for an experienced housebuilding sales professional who enjoys leading teams, driving reservations and working closely with construction and technical colleagues to deliver successful schemes.What you will doManage sales activity across residential developments, ensuring targets and build programmes are metLead and motivate on-site sales teams, managing rotas, performance and day-to-day activityOversee development launches, show home openings and sales centre presentationAgree and manage sales incentives, deposit schemes and customer extrasWork closely with Construction, Technical and Commercial teams on phasing, unit mix, layouts and specificationsMaintain excellent site presentation and attend regular site meetingsBuild strong relationships with solicitors, financial advisors and external partnersMonitor and report on reservations, visitor traffic and sales performanceAssist with sales budgets, cash flow forecasting and management reportingEnsure accurate plot set-up and reporting within sales systemsWhat you will haveProven sales experience within housebuilding or residential developmentExperience managing on-site sales teams is essentialCommercially aware, highly organised and customer-focusedConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsFull driving licenceWhat we will offer you: Dandara was established in 1988 from the desire to provide innovative homes and commercial properties, which would offer real value for money without compromising on design, durability, or quality.
