Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive will be;
* Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
* Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes and contracts.
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or order updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
* Support the team in organising client meetings and presentations.
* Contribute to improving sales processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Support Executive should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within sales.
* Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
