Based at our Swindon offices with hybrid working 2 days a week, you will be part of the Digital & Growth team, shaping and delivering our CRM programme through email and SMS campaigns. Using data-driven insight, you will personalise customer experiences, strengthen engagement, and drive both ecommerce sales and store visits.
Working closely with our Paid Media, Ecommerce, Creative, and Copy teams, you will play a vital role in growing our customer base through thoughtful retention and reactivation strategies.
Responsibilities
* Building and executing CRM campaigns and automated journeys using Klaviyo
* Applying smart audience segmentation to personalise every customer touchpoint
* Ensuring all CRM activity reflects our luxury brand identity and tone of voice
* Running A/B tests to refine subject lines, messaging, and send times for optimal results
* Tracking and analysing campaign performance (open/click rates, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.)
* Delivering omnichannel campaigns that drive both online and in-store performance
* Collaborating across teams to ensure our CRM activity supports wider business goals
You'll bring previous solid experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing with proven expertise with Klaviyo, including email campaign creation and automation. You'll have a strong grasp of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavioural targeting and an analytical mindset, with experience using Google or Adobe Analytics. Being someone who is detail-oriented and proactive, you'll also have the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
You'll have excellent written communication and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, along with experience with A/B testing and using data to drive decision-making. You'll ideally have a background working with a premium, luxury, or lifestyle brand and an added bonus for us would be familiarity with Shopify.
