What you’ll be doing
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel supported, included, and ready to learn.
Your day might include:
* Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in the classroom
* Supporting teachers with inclusive learning strategies
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Creating a calm, supportive environment where every pupil feels seen
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have worked in a school before, but the right mindset makes all the difference.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children, young people, or SEND (in school, care, coaching, youth work, or similar)
* Is patient, calm, and confident building relationships
* Wants to help pupils who may need extra encouragement
* Is reliable, positive, and ready to jump into school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
