Job Overview
1. To safeguard the client's premises, staff, visitors and assets by delivering high-quality guarding services in line with site requirements and contractual standards. The role supports operational delivery across multiple locations, maintaining accountability and contributing to service excellence and contract retention.
Operations
2. Maintain full awareness of and adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Carry out all assigned tasks at each location in line with local site requirements
Review and familiarise yourself with site-specific guidance and updates
Meet industry standards and statutory obligations, including holding the appropriate front-line licence
Complete all duties in a professional and timely manner
Follow direction from management and site leadership appropriately
Work in an organised, methodical, and efficient way at all times
Flexibility & Coverage
Provide cover across multiple locations as required
Travel between sites to support operational needs, including absence and leave cover
Adapt quickly to different environments and working practices
Training
3. Complete all mandatory training requirements
Take part in additional learning to support ongoing development as directed by management
Use workplace systems and tools to meet performance objectives
Maintain valid licensing and renew in line with required timeframes
Health & Safety
Identify and report hazards, risks, or concerns promptly
Remain vigilant to changes within the environment and act to minimise disruption or loss
Use sound judgement and escalate concerns where necessary
Maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging situations
Record incidents accurately and promptly in line with reporting procedures
Support compliance checks and ensure duties are carried out as required
Security and Health & Safety

What we are looking for
5. Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
Valid SIA Licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach with ability to travel between locations
Ability to work independently and within a team
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
SC clearance (desirable or willingness to obtain)
