We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Visitor Centre Manager at our brand new Distillery in St Andrews.
This is a brand new exiting opportunity to join our team at the new state of the Art Distillery.
This role is responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience across tours, tastings, the blending experience and the gift shop - one that converts visitors into brand believers and buyers. It requires someone who can run a high-footfall, multi-revenue-stream operation to exacting standards while building a team that genuinely understands the brand and can communicate it with confidence and credibility.

The Role:
You will lead the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre, owning the full guest journey from arrival to departure and ensuring every interaction reflects the precision, warmth and confidence of the brand.
You will:
* Deliver a world-class experience across tours, tastings, blending sessions and retail
* Build and develop a high-performing team with deep product knowledge and luxury service standards
* Drive commercial performance across admissions, retail, experiences and cask pipeline contribution
* Own key KPIs including tour occupancy, conversion rate, average basket value and revenue per guide hour
* Maintain impeccable operational standards including compliance, presentation and stock control
* Use data and insight to inform scheduling, ranging and performance improvements
* Collaborate with bar, events and tourism partners to maximise footfall and revenue
About You
You are commercially sharp and operationally disciplined, but equally passionate about hospitality and storytelling.
You’ll likely bring:
* Experience managing a visitor attraction, luxury hospitality venue or premium retail environment
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-standard teams
* Confidence managing budgets, KPIs and performance metrics
* A genuine interest in whisky, gin or premium food and drink
* The flexibility to work weekends and peak trading period.
* Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Must be of 18 years and over due to legal requirement and capable of responsibly promoting and serving alcoholic beverages.
