Patch Manager - Carrickfergus £16.90 per hour Carrickfergus Full-time | Temporary role We are recruiting an experienced Patch Manager to support tenancy and estate management across Housing Executive properties in the Carrickfergus area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong housing, community engagement or tenancy management experience. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Tenancy Management & Sustainment You will be responsible for the full tenancy lifecycle, including: Managing tenancy terminations and Housing Executive void properties Completing tenancy commencement activities Managing new and existing tenancies across various tenure types Supporting secure tenants wishing to transfer to other social housing Processing succession, assignment, joint tenancy and direct exchange requests Income collection and rent account management for all tenants 2️⃣ Estate Management Your role will also include: General estate management and ensuring high standards across the patch Coordinating planned maintenance, tenant consultations and related customer payments Organising and recording decant arrangements where required Promoting community involvement, cohesion and safety Liaising with the Leasehold Unit regarding leaseholders within your patch ✨ Ideal Candidate Essential Criteria: Hold a degree (Level 6*) or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. OR Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. OR Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years relevant experience in a customer support environment. AND Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full including with reasonable travel timeframes. Hold a degree (Level 6*) or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
