Compensation
$130,000–$150,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop control panel layouts, instrumentation diagrams, loop sheets, and system plans.
* Interpret project scope, specifications, and instrumentation design criteria.
* Perform sizing calculations for wiring, conduit, and signal routing.
* Design conduit and cable tray routing for instrumentation systems.
* Create installation packages from vendor drawings.
* Collaborate with electrical and civil teams to ensure seamless design integration.
* Support construction, startup, and overall project execution.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting.
* Experience supporting EPC projects within the power sector, including substations, transmission, or power delivery.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D required; 3D preferred), Revit, Navisworks, and ElecDes.
* Strong understanding of instrumentation materials, construction practices, and drafting standards.
