We are looking for a professional who holds a minimum of a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Practice and is an independent prescriber. You will be expected to demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care within agreed protocols and, when necessary, making independent clinical decisions guided by best practice.
This is a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to acutely unwell patients across the hospital, particularly during out-of-hours periods. You will work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
