Due to the continuing growth of our company, we are looking for a General Builder to join our team in one of our busiest departments to carry out work within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Job Summary / Responsibilities: The successful candidate/s will be expected to attend residential/commercial/void properties whilst providing as a General Builder by building repairs (such as walls repairs / builds, pointing, slabs, minor concrete repairs and excavations / drainage), where necessary. Person Specification: Essential: A Full UK Driving Licence is essential as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only; A CSCS Card would be preferable but not essential; Proactive and able to work independently and manage workload effectively; Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent customer services and communication skills; Self-Discipline that results in high quality of work; Team Player.
