What you day will look like ..
Your role as General Manager
As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the success of the home. You’ll:
* Lead, recruit and inspire highperforming teams who deliver outstanding, relationshipcentred care
* Create a positive, empowering culture where people feel valued, supported and developed
* Oversee rotas, budgets, compliance, health & safety, quality standards and occupancy
* Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
* Ensure exceptional outcomes for residents while driving sustainable commercial performance
* You’ll be supportedbut never micromanagedby a leadership team that genuinely understands what great looks like.
